SIA passengers endured 62 seconds of extreme turbulence on May 21 London-Singapore flight

The sudden and violent movements of the plane left passengers in a state of shock and distress. One passenger, 73-year-old Briton Geoffrey Kitchen, suffered a fatal heart attack during the ordeal.
