Ukraine attack hits Russian warship at Black Sea base

The presence of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea will be “put to an end”, according to a Ukrainian presidential aide. In a separate attack, a Russian tanker was hit by Ukrainian drones in the Kerch Strait, briefly halting traffic on a strategic Crimean bridge.
