Britain working for humanitarian pause in Gaza, foreign minister says
[Collection]Britain's foreign secretary, James Cleverly, is working to arrange a temporary halt to hostilities in the Gaza Strip in order to deliver more humanitarian aid to Palestinians. Aid supplies to Gaza have been limited since Israel began bombing the area in response to an attack by Hamas. Cleverly is in talks with Egypt, Israel, and others to secure a temporary pause in the conflict to allow aid to reach those in need. However, he is not calling for a full ceasefire.
