US confirms Huthis shot down American drone off Yemen

The Pentagon had previously acknowledged flying MQ-9s over Gaza to gather intelligence for hostage recovery efforts following an attack by Hamas on Israel. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been spotted circling Gaza, with at least six drones being used for surveillance.
