Albanian parliament clears path for arrest of ex-PM Sali Berisha

Berisha's son-in-law Jamarber Malltezi, charged with corruption and money laundering, is suspected of acquiring a sports complex in Tirana for building apartments. Berisha, opposition leader, denies wrongdoing and calls investigation "purely political". He was banned from US and UK over alleged involvement in organised crime and corruption.
