Boris Nadezhdin: Putin's unlikely challenger pushing peace

In an interview with AFP, Nadezhdin described the conflict as 'catastrophic'. Putin has not allowed real electoral opposition in his 24-year rule and some candidates for the March vote have said they do not want to hinder the longtime leader.
