Romanian farmers, hauliers ramp up protests, block Ukraine border access

[Collection]Port operations at Constanta, Ukraine's biggest alternative grain export route, continue at full pace despite the protests. Grains are arriving at the port mainly by rail and barge across the Danube river, although road transport is also being used, according to the port authority.
