UK court allows sale of fugitive diamond merchant Nirav Modi's luxury London flat

Judge Master James Brightwell, overseeing the remote hearing attended by the fugitive diamond merchant from Thameside prison, accepted the Enforcement Directorate's request to secure the proceeds from the sale in an account post-settlement of trust liabilities.
