Putin is meeting a lot of world leaders for a global ‘outcast’

Since beginning his fifth presidential term in May, Putin has held over 20 meetings with leaders from various regions, including Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. He has also made six international trips, despite an arrest warrant issued against him by the International Criminal Court for alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
