Japan, South Korea issue warnings as storm Khanun moves north

[Collection]Tropical storm Khanun is on course to hit South Korea after moving south of Japan's coast, causing around 250 flights to be cancelled by Japan Airlines, as well as 96 flights by All Nippon Airways. South Korea has already begun to evacuate tens of thousands from the World Scout Jamboree following the storm.
