Temperatures soar in Iberia as wildfires force the evacuation of 1,400 in Portugal

[Collection]Portugal and Spain have both seen major wildfires this week in extreme summer temperatures with more than 1,000 firefighters and nine aircraft battling the blazes in Portugal. The largest forest fire in the southwest has been brought under control with approximately 7,000 hectares destroyed.
